ARBI’s New Executive Director

ARBI is delighted to announce that Nora Molina has joined the organization as the new Executive Director. Nora was previously the Director of Career Services at the University of Calgary for the last five years. With 20+ years in the post-secondary and non-profit sector, Nora is well-positioned to lead ARBI through the challenges and opportunities that are arising in the sector.
Throughout her career, Nora has made lasting impacts through strengths in leadership, communications, change management, stakeholder relations, and enhancing operations through technology and effective management. With ARBI’s current focus on capacity building in the brain injury sector through collaboration and innovation, Nora is well poised to lead ARBI forward into the future. She is eager to begin work on January 31, 2022.
On a personal note, Nora said “Stroke has affected three generations in my family and I’m very aware of the impact it can have on individuals and families. As such, I am very excited to be joining the ARBI team and looking forward to working together with the dedicated staff and volunteers to advance ARBI’s new strategic plan.”
Nora holds a Master of Business Administration from the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Calgary. Nora also completed an Indigenous Relations Training Program from Writing Symbols Lodge, University of Calgary. She is currently the Board of Directors Chair of The Hangar Flight Museum.
