Why Support ARBI?

For more than 45 years, ARBI has provided specialized neurorehabilitation services to individuals affected by brain injury and stroke. Funds raised through the Calgary Marathon Charity Challenge will help support ARBI’s Walking Program that encourages movement, confidence, and social connection for survivors.

ARBI’s Walking Program provides a supportive environment where participants can work on their mobility, build endurance, and connect with others on a similar recovery journey. These programs play an important role in helping survivors stay active and engaged in their communities.

This year, our goal is to raise $15,000 to help cover the cost of delivering the walking programs and ensure they remain accessible to survivors who benefit from them.

By participating or supporting a runner, you are helping survivors continue their recovery journey and take meaningful steps toward improved health and independence. Let’s run, walk, or roll together toward brighter futures.
